Videoconference with Italy and Holland

In December we had a nice opportunity to talk and learn about Italian and Dutch children:)

Italian Day

This day we were eating Italian food, learning Italian words , singing and listening Italian songs.

It was great:)

Our visit to Hel Seal House

We spend a nice day learning about seals:)

We are learning about life in the port

In September we had the opportunity to learn about the work in the port of Gdynia.

We were observing the port life from the captain bridge of the bay hydrographer. We learnt about navigation equipment, we saw the bulk carrier ship sailing towards the bay, we also saw how to clean the anchor and the work of the tug sheep. It was a great day:)

Comenius Festival

Celebrating Children's Day at school is a good way to promote Comenius project in the local area. This day we organized Comenius multicultural festival which involed: - the play "The Baltic News" - official opening of the Sea Ligue at school - singing sea songs - singing a well-known song Brother John in six languages - school display devoted to all things our school and shool partners did connected with the project -powerpoint presentation about the project . We invited parents, grandparents and local community including local authorities.
